1. Definitions
“Site” means this website and any related pages, content, tools and services. “You” means the visitor, customer or user of the Site. “Products” means any goods we advertise or sell. “Services” includes consultations, showroom demonstrations, design, installation or related services.
2. Using our website
- You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order.
- You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to infringe any third-party rights or disrupt the Site.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
3. Information on this Site
- We aim for accuracy, but content may include typographical errors, pricing or availability inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time (including after an order is submitted).
- Images are for illustration only. Colours, finishes and specifications can vary due to manufacturing changes, lighting and screen calibration.
- Product specifications and features are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., for stock, pricing or verification reasons).
- Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping, delivery and installation charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.
- If a pricing or availability error is identified, we may cancel and refund, or contact you to confirm the corrected details.
5. Availability, delivery & installation
- Estimated lead times are indicative only. Supply chain or carrier delays may occur.
- Delivery occurs when goods reach the address you supply. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
- Where installation or calibration is requested, additional terms and fees apply as quoted.
6. Returns, refunds & Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure and for other remedies under the ACL.

7. Showroom bookings
- Appointments may be required for demonstrations. We reserve the right to reschedule where necessary.
- Demonstrations are indicative and subject to room conditions, content, and equipment used on the day.
8. Intellectual property
- All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, video, layout and code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. User content & conduct
- Content you submit (e.g., reviews, messages) must be lawful, accurate and not infringe others’ rights.
- We may remove content that we reasonably consider inappropriate.
10. Third-party links & tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded tools (e.g., video players). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Privacy & cookies
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect, use and store personal information and cookies.
12. Warranties & disclaimers
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is”. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Any advice or information on the Site is general in nature and not a substitute for professional assessment of your room, power, acoustics or structural conditions.
- Certain goods may carry manufacturer warranties in addition to ACL rights. Details are available on request or in product documentation.
13. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption arising from the use of the Site or Products.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by the ACL (e.g., re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor–client basis) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15. Promotions, quotes & gift cards
- Promotions are subject to their stated terms and time limits and may change or end without notice.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote; after expiry we may re-quote.
- Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and subject to the terms provided at purchase.
16. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform where due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to supply interruptions, transport delays, natural events, pandemics, power outages or third-party failures).
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.

20. General
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site, in addition to any specific sale/installation terms provided to you in writing.
